I voted as one of the last, when it no longer mattered: even if you subtract my 6 and take into account possible inaccuracies, Volgograd is still ahead.
Why did Merlin vote for Volgograd? For me, this year may be the last as a host. And for me, it would be equally logical to hold this anniversary fifth conference both in my native Yekaterinburg, from which Merlin "seized" the microphone at the CIS, and in Volgograd, the CIS in which, IMHO, was the best of all in terms of organization.
But for Merlin, people have been the deciding factor over the years. And, if you will, I don't see the CIS without certain people. And therefore, in the end, I decided to vote for Volgograd.

I want to thank Freesha, who was inspired by the idea of the CIS. And congratulate Yekaterinburg on the fact that the hassle in the form of the CIS this year will go to another lucky guy - AlexXL (to whom also great respect). Because he will have to try very hard to perform no worse than himself in 2015.
