NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

Let's give absolute knowledge of light magic to our angel heroes!!! (well, maybe not Belket). Of course, I'll have to add a fifth line of calculations for all spells - as you know, there are only 4 lines there (for level 0, basic level, developed level, and expert level) - I checked it on regeneration, and it works well.
