Hello everyone. We started playing with Psyche_7, and some of the tournament rules were misinterpreted, so I decided to write this for informational purposes, as I think it will be useful for the organizer and other participants:
The rules mention the standard rules, but then there are instructions regarding the specific rules for choosing heroes, which are not within the accepted rules. This suggests that these rules apply to all games and templates (especially since choosing a Castle and a Hero is allowed in Anarchy). If there are no such rules, there is a separate instruction, as in the case of the Skirmish template. Based on the logic of the rules and the nature of the templates and the choice of Castles, my opponent and I decided that Galtran is allowed without restrictions (and all players have this right, which does not violate the balance and is a strategy for the tournament). However, the organizer clarified that Gosha is still banned, except for Jebus and Anarchy, where he can be chosen from the start.
In light of this information, I, of course, used my right not to play against Gosha, if I have such a right.
