We started the game with a lucky setup, a decent map with exits to adjacent territories via dirt roads. We crammed diplomacy and navigation into a level 3 town, but later corrected it and acquired Earth magic. We had a town in the citadel, scraped together enough resources, and broke through the portal with 85 golems, then faced the medusa queen... we had to level up, buy a spellbook, and with the help of mass magic, we easily defeated the medusas. Next, we took two central towns, and while leveling up Solmyr, we prepared to move towards the center, but we received news of a surrender. Craig was defeated by 40 scorpios without mass magic.
