A round-robin format is most objective for identifying losers, but not the winner. That is, now, let's say, if we introduce an additional stage in the rules, in which 8 people pass, and 2 losers are eliminated from the tournament, then the motivation will remain with all players until the end of the round-robin – even Aiwe will have a chance to get out of the group.

And if the additional stage is made a double-elimination with the following amendment: 4 players with the most points in the round-robin go to the upper bracket, and 4 "losers" go to the lower bracket, then the motivation will remain even for those who have already guaranteed to get out of the group.
