Perhaps it's a silly question, but still... Are there any other people on the organizing committee, even just one, who could take over in case of any unforeseen circumstances with Alex, or is everything dependent on him alone? As far as I understand, Albert isn't involved this time.

As practice has shown, in 2015, everything was essentially dependent on him alone (and, in my opinion, that was the best-organized championship in all the years). Alex has a significant advantage – he doesn't play Heroes and doesn't get drunk until the work is done. I don't see any organizing committees, either here or there. I see Alex and Frish, each of whom volunteered to run the CIS region.
