I think the manticore looks and performs better (Black Riders seem weak to me).
When in doubt, make the sign of the cross :)
It seems you haven't encountered double damage and the curse effect...
When your unit deals its minimum damage, it might seem like a small thing, but it's a real pain:mad:
Besides, in terms of hit points (which is especially important for level 6 units), the Black Riders are the leaders.
