For the past few weeks, I've been regularly going to a Ukrainian restaurant. The food is delicious and filling, but I want to talk about something else. I really like how the guys work there: they always smile, say "please" after every action, offer a newspaper to read while you wait for your order, wish you a pleasant meal after bringing the food, and when they see you're finished, they immediately ask if you want more or offer to calculate the bill. As for the girls... To put it briefly, they have a cold attitude, like "took the order, brought the order," and you always have to call them from across the room to get them to calculate the bill.
I thought about asking for a feedback book or something (there must be one), praising the cook and the guys, and complaining about the girls, but I decided not to do it. Who knows, they might do something to my food next time, lol.
By the way, I don't know how it is there, but if the guys and the cook are doing a good job, I can assume that writing in the complaint book will have an effect, and the girls will start forcing smiles and being overly nice.
Although, on the other hand, maybe the guys and the cook are relatives of the owner and that's why they put their heart into the family business, while the girls don't care.
Where do we end up when we save the world?
