Started with +8300. The opponent picked all the rests, resulting in them getting Straker in the Dungeon and ranged units, and they decided not to continue. Thanks for the time.

The opponent took the first 3 rests with my fairly playable setups. Then, I took 111 and 2 more units right away at the Castle, with no Straker or Goshans available. The last hand, of course, was an ON with a single stack, 20 skeletons from the start, and immediately a block of 40 Imps at the Castle, which I started spending Animate on. I opened the overview, and there were blocks in all directions, the entire map was closed off with mines and a crowd of lizards, 2 roads with orcs and hobbits, which were simply impossible to break through +10k for me from the start, either a win or losing the entire army.
