Not quite. The banquet actually costs 1800, if I understand correctly. The fee for the hall itself will be around 3000 (with the standard rule of not charging for girls and with 40+ guests, of which there will be about five girls, and even that is doubtful).
In Volgograd, there is an option for additional accommodation by adding a Euro-folding bed, for which there is no extra charge. Accordingly, more budget-friendly options can be organized. In Yekaterinburg, this is not stated.

However, the price in Volgograd is relatively higher, as I already wrote. But the initial impression of the quality is also an order of magnitude higher in Volgograd. Just compare the football fields...
