3. Can you list all the properties of artifacts so I know what can be done and what can't.

Artifacts essentially only have stats that affect the hero's characteristics (Morale, Luck, Attack, Defense, etc.).
Everything else is done with scripts. See the screenshot in the first post for an example. There will be more screenshots later.
