Voting for the location of the CIS-2107 tournament.

Honestly, I think all these polls are unnecessary, especially since the votes are roughly equal... It would be simpler to do what Odessa/Minsk did back then – Minsk simply declined and reserved the following year, resulting in two good CIS events without polls and arguments. I think it would be better to do the same here; the organizers should communicate and decide who hosts this year and who hosts next year.
