Voting for the location of the CIS-2107 tournament.

Actually, I think all these polls are unnecessary, especially since the votes are roughly equal... it would be simpler to do what Odessa/Minsk did at the time – Minsk simply declined and reserved the following year, and there were two good CIS tournaments without polls and arguments. I think it would be better to do the same here: the organizers should communicate and decide who will host this year and who will host next year.
