That's an unusual question. What could be so special that people would be willing to pay for it? )

Adding any overpowered items for general use is still not allowed.

If it's just a personalized artifact with an interesting, but not overpowered property, then it's possible, provided that the artistic description still refers to the worlds of the Might and Magic universe. After all, there's nothing particularly special about the name of the artifact "Halfer's Magic Keychain"; it's not much worse than "Milton's/Admus' Necklace" or someone else (I don't know who they are, just some names that came to mind).
