Without Heroes players, the CIS won't have an offline event. Without viewers, the CIS won't have an offline event. Because the CIS events were organized by viewers 5 times out of 7.

If the Heroes players don't come, then the viewers, for the most part, will be able to organize themselves and have a great time together (Kobra has been dreaming of a party in a warm place for many years). But most of the Heroes players won't be able to afford the standard price and will just play online...
