Inter-clan (ONLINE) tournament for Heroes 3.

I would like to offer my candidacy for the role of organizer. Right away, I want to say that I can quickly organize a test tournament, so to speak. This wouldn't be considered a full-fledged tournament, but we can develop the main features of an inter-clan tournament, and then, after it's over, we can collectively decide on the overall format of the tournament.
