(Actually, the whole world is a product of Merlin's sick imagination.)

It's not very clear why 0.25 points – there won't be hundreds of people voting. Well, 10-20 newcomers (those who haven't been there) will vote, but let their votes be counted with a coefficient of 1.0; it won't make a difference. There aren't that many "hero" players anyway.

It's some kind of mobbing.

Where do you see mobbing here?
Let me explain. Every year, a number of unknown people boast about their upcoming visit, and every year there are those who don't come (which, by the way, creates certain difficulties for the organizers). Therefore, in my opinion, the opinion of a person who has been there at least once is much more important than the opinion of an unknown person (and by an unknown person in the context of the CIS, I mean someone who has never been there). I am not against and fully support the idea of new faces appearing in the CIS. But they shouldn't dictate the terms under which the CIS is held.
You can give newcomers one point; that's not a problem. But then, accordingly, one actual visit will be worth 4 points... Will it be easier? :smile35:

And mobbing is a phenomenon in which an employee is already part of a team and is subjected to collective bullying. Don't confuse the two.
