The thing is, partial solar eclipses aren't very impressive. Maybe it's just me, as a person from the 21st century, but the fact that the sun shines a little dimmer is hardly noticeable for indigenous people who are busy trying to survive. But a total solar eclipse is a cool thing in theory, at least, because day turns into night, and you can even see the stars, and it could really shock an ancient person and make them fall to the ground. I'm just describing my train of thought.
Where do we go? Where do we end up when we save the world?
