I heard that in WoG, you can destroy cities. Tell me more about this feature!

It happens in several stages:
1) The hero must be leveled up (if I'm not mistaken, to around level 10).
2) This hero, when entering a city, can destroy the built structures (for a certain fee).
3) When all the buildings are destroyed, ghosts will settle in the city, and the city will be unavailable for a couple of days... i.e., the city will be destroyed.
4) Then you need to fight the ghosts, and after defeating them, you can rebuild the city. Keep in mind that you can only build two types of cities:
- either the original type of city
- or the city that is the starting city for your hero.
So, for example, if an Elven city was destroyed by the hero Solomyr, then you can build either an Elven city or a Magic city.
