T-shirt, jeans + a 2-meter scarf that covers the chest and back in several layers, and if necessary, the face (it's still windy) + a light but windproof long jacket that reaches the boots in length. Gloves and heavy boots from the St. Petersburg company Ranger, modified by local craftsmen with an additional heavy sole, so that no cold can penetrate and no wind can blow you away.
And I also walk quickly, running from one warm house to another.)
