Tournament organization.

I think we should hold a trial tournament to identify all the bugs and shortcomings, and thus establish the rules through discussion.
P.S. Our moderators don't seem to be in a hurry to organize a tournament. When you look at some other gaming resources, tournaments are already being held there, but we don't have one. It's a pity...
