The timer definitely needs to be shortened, but there will always be those who, despite the provided pool of templates and the shortened timer, will agree on the worst possible HL+U map and spend 24+8 minutes playing it. I think we should introduce a mandatory timer, and for those who decide to change it by agreement, introduce a condition that, for example, if there are no results in the agreed-upon game by midnight (not in the morning, as they usually agreed on in previous LAN tournaments, and then waffle about sleeping during the day, playing poker in the evening, and the next tournament goes down the drain), all agreements are at their own risk. If they don't manage it, they quickly analyze the map, and if they can't determine a winner, they flip a coin.
Whoever gives up first wins, what's the point of all these games?
