The timer really needs to be shortened, but there will always be some who, despite the provided pool of templates and the shortened timer, will agree on the worst possible HL+U map and spend 24+8 hours playing it. I think we should introduce a mandatory timer, and for those who decide to change it by agreement, introduce a condition that, for example, if there are no results in the agreed-upon game by midnight (not in the morning, as they usually agreed on in previous LAN tournaments, and then excuses like sleeping during the day, playing poker in the evening, and the next tournament is ruined). All agreements are at your own risk. If you don't finish on time, there's a quick review of the map, and if it's impossible to determine a winner, flip a coin.
