I would really like to come ))) Where can I check the dates and the cost????? And what are the conditions??? or can anyone who wants to come?

The event dates are May 06-14, 2017.
The venue, as well as the final budgets, have not yet been determined. There are two applications to host - Volgograd and Yekaterinburg. The organizing committees are working on drawing up preliminary estimates and negotiating with the administrations of the proposed bases.
You can register for the event both as a spectator and as a participant. A participant's costs differ from a spectator's costs solely by the amount of the contribution to the prize fund.

Attention to organizers, potential participants and spectators!

With your permission, we are giving the organizers until February 1 to answer all questions from the public and to make necessary clarifications with the base owners.
By February 1, I recommend posting the most detailed estimate possible.
Based on average current ticket prices from major transport hubs.
A breakdown of accommodation prices.
Food prices.
Conference hall costs.
In short, all the "must-haves" (including the general banquet, if it is announced).

All other possible monetary expenses.

Also, we are interested in the vision for the main tournament's rules.

On February 1, a vote will be announced for the location of the CIS-2017 Championship for the computer game "Heroes of Might and Magic 3".
The vote will last 5 days and will end on February 6 (so that those who do not have a particular opportunity to read the forum on weekdays can vote over the weekend) - exactly 3 months before the start of the event: we will have time to get inexpensive plane and train tickets.
The vote will be conducted using a points system.
The value of each vote is determined by the total number of CIS Championships attended (with accommodation at the immediate event location).
In other words, 3 attended CIS events (with accommodation) = 3 points per vote.
5 attended CIS events = 5 points.
Without attending CIS events = 0.25 points per vote, provided you have been registered on HeroesWorld for at least one year.
