Thank you! I didn't want to clutter the thread, but it seems that sd30to32 is not an archive, and I just don't understand where the aforementioned files come from (except for the .exe file)?

This is specifically an archive with updates for some of the Heroes files, including the executable file "HEROES3.EXE". Therefore, if you don't have the original game disc or you are playing through virtual drives, you also need to install the cracked executable file version 3.2, "HEROES3.EXE".
And the aforementioned files need to be created manually. This includes "H3BLADE.EXE".
