I apologize in advance for the question, it might have already been asked, and unfortunately, we are not personally acquainted: will the initiative group and you, as the head of the Ekaterinburg 2017 application, have the financial means to pre-pay for the base rental and other expenses (and there will be many), since it is not worth relying on advance payments for accommodation/tournament fees.
