Which chat should I add my vote to? The WT chat?

Regarding the topic. I'm voting in the "minus" chat because the voting on the location for CIS-2017 hasn't even started yet. It's hard to consider something closed when it hasn't even opened...

I know that Ekaterinburg will have a strong bid (respect to Freesha).
But I also know that Vladivostok will have an equally strong bid (respect to AlexXL).

Therefore, I suggest we don't stir things up prematurely and wait for the information.
