Seeing 111 pirate dwellings, I decided to play. But I had no money and ran around with four heroes until 124. On the second, I broke through to a village at 6k, there was a block of 90 hounds; I killed them, leaving about 30 pirates without growth upgrade. On 121, there's a Griffin Conservatory single, behind it -2 to luck is visible; I run — and see boots. 122 Jeremy with boots and gloves :-)
124 I pull +5 to all stats from a grave.
I find a Town Portal scroll, and then the fails began. Dragon Utopias, including a max one with duplicate stat artifacts and bags of gold... in the end, I overextended on 146 and died.
