CIS 2017 Discussion

In any case, the decision regarding the fate of the CIS and the consideration of votes on all related issues should be made according to the formula (or a similar one) that I proposed: the value of a vote is determined by the number of previously attended events (because, as practice shows, every year a lot of people beat their chests... and don't show up...). New faces are great, but they shouldn't be the determining factor.
