They didn't fight under Chaos – there were demons disguised as a red army (Zephyr later removed the illusion). Part of the red army was not of demonic origin, but they didn't know the whole truth (they didn't know that their liege was actually a demon). After the demons were exposed, the reds fought for Frida, so it's not correct to say that the red army fought in the name of Urgash.
