Player rating for online battles on full maps.

Honestly, I don't see what there is to vote on!
We need someone to simply maintain a rating based on any reasonable system, manually or automatically, but they need to maintain it, not just drag their feet...!!!
Since no one volunteered, I offered to do it.
If anyone else wants to, it's not a big deal for me.
But I need a rating for the tournament; I can't just take it from the league every time.
