When I said it was poorly done, I meant that it was largely inaccurate. What makes the Tower CG? What makes Inferno CE? The worldview differs in different games. And the Krigane weave intrigues that are even more elaborate than Sandro's. And Conflux behaves differently.
In reality, if you look at it objectively, there are 3 good cities, 3 neutral cities, and 3 evil cities in the game. And the developers and writers have already established them as such, not me. I just assessed their position on the Lawful-Neutral-Chaotic scale.
The Tower seemed C/G to me because it is good. However, the Wizard lords don't particularly like to interfere in the affairs of others and do good deeds indiscriminately. However, they always stand against evil.
Inferno, of course, if you judge by the creatures, is LE. Because they are too similar in composition to the Baatezu army (just look at the Pit Fiends, although they seem a bit weak). But in terms of their aspirations, they are clearly chaotically evil. Lawful evil has certain clear principles and does not derive pleasure from the process of destruction itself. But I haven't noticed the Krigane striving to simply enslave everyone. They only crave destruction. Moreover, Inferno is the antithesis of the Castle. And the Castle is nothing more than LG.
