Favorites, to battle! - 9 - The Battle of Favorites! - 9
got Taz on week 1.
Despite XM12, I only managed to build Griffins in Cita on week 1, but I saw 2 Confluxes and planned to take them at the beginning of week 2.
But the first Conflux was maxed out, so Valya goes to another, takes the minimal one, and all the meat goes to Taz, who tanks in the first Conflux and sacrifices some meat for 4 Angels.
Then I took Green Flux and immediately started constructing the Guild.
Alas, my opponent started building his Guild earlier, and on day 131, he had both DD and TP in it!
And I rebuilt the 5th level several times, trading all arts, irrelevant to put on Taz, together with the gold for resources for the last attempts – no DD at all (I got TP in the Earth book from the top).
When the 5th level finally gave Implosion (previously there were Fly, Mirror, Fishes, and Fires), Gunnar himself paid a visit to the Flux!
So, in the final fight, he used the Implosion from the newly built Guild! :)
But because of the blue color, rebuilding the 3rd level for antimagic was impossible on the same turn, so Taz, with the double mana from the Dung Village, managed to overcome the battle.
GG, thanks for the game! :)
He attacked with a diverse mix of units, led by 8 Angels, against Gunnar, who had captured the Flux, where the 5th level of the Tower had been unsuccessfully rebuilt for 6 turns.
On both sides, any stack, except for the Blue Ducks, was quickly destroyed by Implosion (which, frankly, wasn't needed for Taz with Knowledge of the Earth, but, unfortunately, it was rebuilt just in time for Gunnar's arrival), but a large amount of mana for Taz decided the outcome.
GG, thanks for the game
