That's not possible. But some factions have more bugs than others, or their true power is hidden, and those who haven't seen it consider them weak.

Something like that... you just need to know how to compare based on all criteria.
After all, almost all statements are based on personal experience and perceptions, which vary from person to person and are far from objective... because there are players who have only played against the computer, or only played with one faction...
Some might argue that it's easier to play against a computer-controlled Barbarian than against other factions (especially on small maps).
