2016 Winter Tournament: "Frozen Heart"

The rules of this tournament specify the reasons why a participant who violates certain rules must be disqualified from the tournament. In disputed situations, the chief judge of the tournament makes the decision to disqualify a player. Was the violation that Sasha is talking about related to the League? If "YES," then the judge is powerless. In my opinion, the chief judge made a decision regarding Moz's violation of the scanner rules that contradicted the tournament rules. This is his decision. Sasha is asking to be removed from this tournament – this is his right. Loading is prohibited; we should definitely discuss crashes. Technically, streaming allows for monitoring players, but only if there are two more people who will monitor the streams. I don't know if anyone will have time for that. Also, not everyone has the technical means to stream, I think. And in general, forcing people to do something is not entirely right. It seems that only one option remains, albeit a naive one: to simply trust each other. Well, if the composition of the tournament players is not satisfactory, then either withdraw before the tournament begins or don't register for it, as sad as that sounds.
