2016 Winter Tournament: "Frozen Heart"

I have no desire to play in tournaments with people who are okay with cheating.

If I hadn't raised this issue, no one would have noticed. And in general, there are many good players here who don't use cheats; don't punish yourself. But if the first point is clear, then I have doubts about the second; it needs to be worked on. (although, in general, you are right, it is a violation of the rules).
