Player rating for online battles on full maps.

On this resource, most people expressed support for a retrospective rating system, and I agree with that.
In any case, inactive players will gradually fall down the ranking, regardless of the scoring system.

As an example, I'll give a possible scenario:
Player A won a tournament and then missed 4 tournaments, for whatever reason, but the player is clearly skilled.
In the 5th tournament, he will have a zero rating.
And, for example, Player B, who played in the last tournament and took last place, will be higher in the ranking, even though he is clearly a noob.
I think this shouldn't happen.
