Player rating for online battles on full maps.

There are different ways to take into account the rating of players who don't play regularly; I asked for clarification. So, there was nothing strange about my question.

The rating of any player will be equal to the sum of points earned in all official Tournaments, starting this year; they will not expire. The sum of points will be determined by a formula and depends on the place taken and the number of victories.
