Chaos magic. Is it necessary?

What's the point of summoning with weak magic skills? The lack of magic skills in the hero is partially compensated by the ability to cast several powerful spells in one turn (rain of arrows, enchanted ballista). This is especially true in the campaign, where there is no problem with choosing sworn enemies. In the campaign, Faydaen's magic skills are not very weak due to numerous bonuses.
