Player rating for online battles on full maps.

In my opinion, Vip is great for thinking about this and posting his scoring system. A rating is definitely needed. As for counting all the years... I think it wouldn't hurt, but who will do it? Starting a new one would be perfectly fine. As for automating the scoring, I think it's a quite necessary and convenient thing). Regarding the League rating — it's irrelevant here. A League is a league, and HeroesWorld is a separate rating. Just like on HeroesPortal, there is its own rating. Why not indeed take a working system from the third game. In my opinion, a perfectly good idea.
