Player rating for online battles on full maps.

I'm up for any kind of competition, except for a hunger strike. The ranking is essentially only needed for seeding in cup tournaments, so that the bracket is more or less balanced.

I vote for VIP to manage the ranking. I like his idea in general; we may disagree on the numbers, but I think we essentially agree.
