Sacred Haven of Debauchery

Woke up because of the loud party next door. Decided to wait for them to quiet down. They didn't. Went upstairs and asked them to be quieter. They agreed and seemed to turn the volume down. Twenty minutes later, they started yelling and playing loud music again. Decided to wait again. It didn't help. Decided to call the police. Dialed a few numbers (I only have a mobile phone) - all the numbers were either invalid or no one answered (lol). Decided to Google where to turn in such cases. Found out that, in reality, you can only contact the local police officer, and there's no way to solve the problem here and now. While I was searching for information, the neighbors calmed down.
Now I'm sitting here and don't even want to sleep anymore. Too bad I didn't buy vodka after all.
