CIS 2017 Discussion

It might be a surprise to some, but a CIS event was already held in Yekaterinburg! Therefore, the options with existing venues have likely been considered. To avoid repeating a lot of work, contact Merlin; I think he can advise on what and how. The venue we used was too far from the city, about 40 minutes by car, if I remember correctly. +1 for Yekaterinburg in 2017 and Odessa in 2018!
