Balanced Units - A minimal balance mod for units

Archers weren't considered underpowered, at least not in 3.1, where the Sylvan archers were significantly nerfed. As for crossbowmen, they weren't always a popular choice even before alt-upgrades were introduced.
Regarding the Wolf Riders, I apologize: I never paid much attention to the Power stat.
Overall, your edited changelog looks much more reasonable.
