How can we save the "Heroes" theme?

The most interesting thing is that, based on the survey results, we can conclude that most of the administration doesn't care about this issue. However, the majority of those who voted are in favor of taking some action, which is encouraging. Currently, there are several concepts for the further development of the forum that do not contradict each other but rather complement each other (these are the concepts of the Creator, VDV_forever, and mine). But I would like to hear specific suggestions from the other members of the forum.
P.S. I was very surprised that the creator published his views in a closed section instead of making them available for everyone to see.
