I mentioned in the first message that it would be in two weeks, which is a month after the last games of the previous tournament and a month plus after the majority of matches. In other words, it's a full-fledged event with a decent number of players (and probably even more, since at least two people didn't manage to sign up last time), rather than a random offer for a minimum number of participants.
