There are artifacts that boost morale and luck for your troops. I wouldn't refuse a clover or horseshoe. But it's always nice to get a bonus for the next battle when you enter a Nature or Life Castle. Order doesn't have that. They just give you money :D
But Order's troops aren't cheap either. Golems are an expensive unit, of course, they are worth it, but still...
P.S. I remember when I was playing the campaign for Order in the original 4th game (about Emilia Nighthaven), it was about Dragon Golems in particular, and the Djinn was arguing that they are stronger than 20 gold golems. I never understood how one iron dragon could defeat 20 golems, since its health is only enough for four, and even the first strike won't save it. In general, it turned out to be a useless unit, at least in comparison to the Titan, although even he is truly effective when accuracy is applied to him in combination with Hobbits.
By the way, hypnosis, berserk, and blindness should also work on the Dragon Golem, since they are controlled by someone... it's just a bit silly;)
