There was practically no money for respawning. The one-week difference was negligible. I started playing because of the Boots, which were being leveled up (albeit very slowly) on respawn, and then I found some gloves. It took a long time before we had our first encounter. The game dragged on. After two pre-max levels, I went after an opponent who had cut down part of his army on the map. We ran around for a long time, and eventually, the opponent surrendered after paying a ransom.
