It was a complete mess! I had a slight advantage in army size, a decent advantage in combat stats, and I dominated in magic, plus I had 45% resistance. I equipped the Shackles and calmly attacked. But there was an AOTD under a red aura, and the resistance didn't trigger on the main stacks.
