Xel, isn't there too many options for each faction? For example, Conflux – chaotic neutral – combines all the listed characteristics. It's the most neutral elemental faction, and whether it will help in the fight for the Blade of Armageddon or come up with something else is another question.
And I wouldn't consider Necromancers to be truly neutral. If they wanted order, they wouldn't have started a war against Erathia.
